When a student checks in for a service included in their plan, the check-in is recorded. Charge them off-plan from their electronic wallet (PME) when they are allowed to eat off-plan, and deny access for unauthorized meals.

For the teams in charge of access control (supervisors...), the challenge is to check without slowing down the cafeteria flow: access granted, off-plan charge or blocked. Cantoche consolidates the useful information at scan time: applied rules, duplicate detection, meal plan/service/day check, explicit reason for denial, and the ability to force entry if the user's profile allows it.
