How AI grasps meaning
Earlier AI mostly sorted and labelled: is this photo a cat? Generative AI goes further: it reads a whole sentence at once and weighs how each word relates to the others. That mechanism, called attention, is what lets it follow meaning and context.
From a model to a system that acts
A model on its own only answers. To handle a real task it has to reason about the goal, use the right tools, take an action, then look at the result and adjust. Repeated, this loop is what turns a simple assistant into an agent.
Power is not the same as reliability
A model can state a wrong answer with full confidence, what we call a hallucination, or drift from what you actually meant. Our work is to put the right guardrails in place, keep control of your data, and favour a sovereign AI you can trust.
Training empowers domain experts and operational staff to express their needs more accurately, influence how tools are built, and ensure AI software creates real value in real-world jobs. Too often, tools are built by developers without direct input from the people who actually use them. We reverse that dynamic by training those who know the job.
