Account and SSO

A PI Project account is required to access our products and services. This guide covers how to create your account, use Single Sign-On (SSO), and manage your profile.

Creating your account

To get started with PI Project, you need to create an account:

  1. Visit pi-project.ai and click Sign up.
  2. Enter your email address and choose a secure password.
  3. Verify your email address using the code sent to your inbox.
  4. Complete your profile information.

Note

Your password must be at least 10 characters long and cannot be entirely numeric or a commonly used password.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Your PI Project account works across all our products and services. Once signed in, you can seamlessly:

  • Purchase licenses,browse available products and complete your order
  • Manage your licenses,view, assign, and track your active licenses
  • Access your products,launch any product linked to your account

There is no need to create separate accounts for each service. Your single PI Project account gives you access to everything.

Managing your profile

From your profile dashboard, you can:

  • Update your personal information,name, email, phone number
  • Change your password,keep your account secure with regular password updates
  • View your licenses,see all active licenses assigned to you
  • Manage your organization,if you are an organization admin, manage members and licenses

To access your profile, click on Profile in the navigation bar after signing in.

Security recommendations

  • Use a strong, unique password for your PI Project account
  • Enable two-factor authentication when available
  • Do not share your account credentials with others
  • Sign out when using shared or public computers
