Create your account

A PI Project account is required to use our products and to manage your licenses.

Sign up

  1. Open pi-project.ai/accounts/signup/, or click Sign up in the navigation bar.
  2. Enter your email address and choose a password.
  3. Submit the form. We send a six-digit verification code to the address you provided.

Note

Your password must be at least 10 characters, must not be entirely numeric, must not be a commonly used password, and must not be too similar to your email address or name.

Verify your email

  1. Open the email we sent and copy the six-digit code.
  2. Enter it on the verification page.
  3. The code is valid for 15 minutes. If it has expired, click Resend to receive a new one.

Your account is active as soon as the code is accepted. You are then signed in.

Closed the verification page by mistake?

Use Sign in instead of Sign up. If your email address has not yet been verified, you are taken back to the verification page automatically. You do not need to register again.

Sign in

Go to pi-project.ai/accounts/login/ and enter your email and password. Sign in is by email address; usernames are not used.

Forgot your password?

On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?. We send a code to your inbox so you can choose a new one. Once it is set, you are signed in automatically.
